Monday, August 14th- Day 2

Our first full day kicked off with the traditional morning march around camp, followed by the flag raising and our morning camp stretch/dance off. After a hearty breakfast, the kids headed to Chapel to learn about trust. The lesson ended with the cabins having a basket making face off...they then sent their baskets across the 'river' with baby Moses (the counsellor of their choosing), in it to test out its durability. It seems everyone is a winner here at Camp Sunrise, as long as the counsellor's are getting wet. The kids are having a blast so far, learning about God, with tons of laughs along the way!!!
